I purchased a detail from Groupon and when I went to use it I upgraded the detail and it included a free meal in the diner.I was impressed with selection of choice they had on the menu. The staff was friendly and suggested the catus burrito, which was made to order and excellent I was shocked to have such amazing food in a car wash.My car was completly clean the even got a spot on my driver side seat clean that I thought would never come up.I have even been back since I have gotten my car detailed to have breakfast Iam really impressed with everything!!!

Great idea, poor follow through. Think about Radiator Springs from the movie cars. This place has so much potential, but feels like it was given up on. Great murals painted in the walls, but the neon lights were off, pie case was empty, no soda jerk with a paper hat or gum chewing waitress with an attitude. The food was reasonably priced and pretty good. I had the cactus burrito and it was huge. Wife had a turkey avocado with fries and she enjoyed her food as well. This could easily be a 5 star place if someone would breathe some life into it. Oh, and like one of the other reviewers said, help out the poor cook! That guy runs this place on his own!

This place is a great value and always had quality service. I particularly like dropping my car off to have it cleaned in the morning and for around $5 I can have a quality breakfast while I wait and check my e-mails. I've used them as well to repair minor chips in my windshield where they dealt with billing my insurance.

I needed a wash, vacuum, and a shampoo of the back seat due to an old stain. It ended up costing $70 and they detailed all the vinyl also. That price also included a lunch for some reason, but it was lunch time so what the heck. An hour later the car was done and they did a great job. Got the stain out of the seat. I'll probably take my other car there to have the carpets shampooed and leather cleaned. For lunch I tried to pick something they couldn't screw up so I went for the turkey avocado sandwich. It was tasty and hit the spot while I waited for my detail.

With all the money this car wash/diner puts into driving business in the door you would think they'd do a better job trying to keep those customers. But, no. I wanted a hand wash on my sports car so $29.95 was the price which is ridiculous. Came inside to pay and the two girls working the car wash counter and diner counter both bailed together to go to lunch leaving the cook to tend to everything. He was struggling with the register and complained that he was backed up on orders and was a little annoyed. Food and car service definitely not worth the struggle. Giving two stars instead of one due to the cook trying so hard.

Just a car wash review: an array of wash options, full detail shop, hand wash available. The guy finishing my car towel dry was actually paying attention to quality and sent my car back through because it wasn't totally clean. (Note my car was really gross on the outside when I brought it in). I would come back and I would try a more complex wash. Happy customer. Diner available. It's a diner so I would expect diner food, fried options and coke. That's likely what you get. Nice outdoor area to eat and or wait for your car.

Is my car perfect? No. But it looks fantastic! I can touch up a few areas and it looks like it has been detailed. I would recommend anyone give this place a try when you have the time to wait. I was shocked at all that they did for 20 bucks. They have a BBQ place opening next week. The husband and I give it two thumbs up!

I came to this place after buying a Groupon and was decently surprised. The food was typical diner fare, but the burger was decent. The guys did a good job on the car, even if they did try to up-sell me when I brought it in. But at a car detailing place that's to be expected. It took about an hour for them to get my car done. What was really neat to see was the owner was actually helping the guys dry cars because they were short staffed. Serious kudos for that. It was starting to rain just as they got done with my car and the owner told me I would be more than welcome to bring my car back tomorrow and they would re-wash the outside. Nice. Nothing overly awesome, but definitely nice.

Let's cut to the chase. The reviews for this place are very harsh. Very. The Good: -Friendly Service when you pull your car up. -When you get the detail package, it includes a exterior car wash, detail, and free entree of your choice inside. -Tasty hot diner food, prepared to order. The car services do take adequate time, BUT, is your car clean when the guys are done? YES. They are careful as well. There are cart stations with cleaning supplies in the detail area, so that means no one is throwing towels on the floor in a rush, and picking them up and putting them on your fresh paint job. I was all around happy with how the fellas took care of our baby. The food is tasty! Note that this is diner food, so if you are expecting a fancy five star sit down lunch, you should eat at that establishment first, then come here for your car wash. Other than that, burgers are good, sandwiches are good, breakfasts are good here. Some things to know about this place: - Pull your car up FIRST. You are given instructions from the attendant. - Then, you can go inside and order your food and get rung up for your car service. Constructive criticism for the staff: NAMES should be taken for each car so that when you are done with servicing, your employees can come into the diner and call the NAME of the person, NOT just the car. It felt like a car auction at times with employees coming in and dangling keys while saying "SUBARU". Eating customers weren't responding, and it seemed as though anybody could just walk up, claim the keys and say "thanks!" Other than that, I thought The Hub was very good. All the employees were in good spirits and acknowledged customers politely. We will be back. Be thorough and get names for each customer please!

If you want to pay almost $50 and be left with a dirty car, then bring it here! Obviously the manager or owner doesn't care about the quality of the service this place provides, because after reading the reviews 2 years back, it seems they still have not improved. If you really want a decent job done cleaning your car, DO NOT BRING IT HERE!

Terrible!!! The kid that drove my car into the car wash didn't know the difference between the brake and the gas and revved my car in park so high I thought he was going to blow my engine. It seemed that the rest of the staff thought it was funny that I was upset about it. The friendly guy who dried my car was the only bright spot. I really wish I had read previous reviews before taking my car here!

Poor work, constant up-selling, average food. Avoid. Ambience: Done up as a 50s diner, and the food tastes like it's from the same decade. Service: The car wash people are pleasant enough but their tactics aren't. I had a Groupon and they were quick to point out all the things not covered by it and how I really should buy a whole host of other add-ons at around $20-30 a piece if I wanted to see anything like a clean car. Worse still I got offered a "free" chip repair on a my windshield. I clarified that it was free and they assured me it was. Later I find out that it required me to make a claim through my car insurance. "But it's a no deductible claim" they said - well sure, it's no cost to them but most insurance companies still treat this as a real claim and adjust your rates accordingly. I refused to go ahead with the claim even though the guy said he'd already done the work (I paid him $20 to call it quits). Beware of this! I would consider it a scam but they would insist it was merely a miscommunication. It is especially significant if you have an insurance company that gives you a refund at the end year if you have made no claims. This "free" fix could cost you a couple of hundred dollars. So after all was said and done I got the car back and it wasn't clean. My windows inside appeared to have been cleaned by an oily rag and the upholders and various nooks had not been vacuumed properly (if at all). I wanted to go back the next day and complain but frankly the thought of dealing with them again just depressed me. Price: Way over the top. Each extra level of work adds around $20 so expect to have to spend around $100+ for an acceptable detail. Don't go here.

I got the Groupon deal and "upgraded" to the $100 package. (Paid $20 for the $40 Groupon and another $60 for a car "detailing" job) 2 hours later they give me back a dirty car. Seats were not cleaned even though they were supposed to be "shampooed". Exterior of the car had dirt on it even though it was supposed to be "hand waxed". The floor mats were soaking wet but still dirty on both sides, to include the rubber side that if they would have just hosed off, would have been clean. And several other things that should have been cleaned with a $100 detail job, were still dirty. After asking them to fix the issues, they came back with the same issues. Manager was unwilling to compensate me. Don't come here!

Ambiance: This is a review for their diner. Cute, sort of 50's retro feeling. Bright and airy. Part of their car wash business. It can take 15-30 minutes to get your car washed here, so they kind of have you held hostage in the diner, especially if it is too cold to wait outside. Order your food at register, get a number, and server brings your order to your table. Service: Acceptable. Food can take quite awhile to arrive. Self serve water and sodas. Food: Very ordinary breakfast fare, eggs, pancakes, french toast, that is not as good as what you can make yourself at home. Lunch fare includes hot and cold sandwiches, burgers and fries, that are mediocre at best. Overall, I find myself occasionally grabbing a quick bite here only out of convenience, while waiting for the crew to finish up on my car. Not a go-to destination for food for sure.
